While what we choose to put into our body is the primary driver of our health, the energy we exert and the motions we challenge our physical selves with is another important aspect to our health.
Coach Nikki shares a variety of exercises that can facilitate good physical practices. Resistance Band, Dumbbell, and Bodyweight motions are shared. There is something for all, even if you do not own Bands or DBs; all you need is space, time, and focused intentions.
Images are provided to study prior to beginning the motion – each image will explain the movement's starting and ending points, as well as angles that connect the two points to ensure clean at-home technique.
